Battle of Bladensburg 8/13/05
It was dog stankin' hot! (what good event isn't?) But there was quite a good turnout, both public and  reenactors  Living History Interpreters, and the British military attache with his family. Buzz and Mike, my apologies to Aisquith's and 5th Maryland, I didn't get pix of the units on the other side of the field at Riversdale. It's so hard to be in an event and take pictures as well. My wife was there for the Cannon firing (and non-firing) demo and caught the Boom both times! I don't want to get into a discussion of quills vs loose powder, but humidity plays hell on black powder!
